Jellyseerr lets you request movies and TV shows to be added to our Jellyfin library.

Logging In
Uses Jellyfin Credentials
Jellyseerr does NOT use Pocket-ID. You must log in with your Jellyfin username and password.
First-Time Setup
- Go to requests.lothloriengrove.org
- Click Sign In
- Select Use your Jellyfin account
- Enter:
- Username: Your email address
- Password: Your Jellyfin password

Just Use the Website
Jellyseerr’s mobile web experience is excellent. Add it to your home screen for app-like access!
Add to Home Screen (Android)
- Open Chrome and go to requests.lothloriengrove.org
- Tap the three-dot menu
- Tap Add to Home screen
- Name it “Requests” or “Jellyseerr”
Requesting Content
Movies
- Search for the movie
- Click on it to see details
- Click Request
- Wait for approval (usually automatic)
- You’ll get a notification when it’s ready in Jellyfin
TV Shows
- Search for the show
- Click on it
- Choose:
- Request All Seasons - Get everything
- Select Seasons - Pick specific seasons
- Click Request
Request Status
- Pending - Waiting for approval
- Approved - Being downloaded
- Available - Ready to watch in Jellyfin!
Troubleshooting
”Invalid credentials”
- Use your Jellyfin password, not your Pocket-ID password
- Make sure you created a Jellyfin password: Creating Your Jellyfin Password
- Username is your email address
Request stuck on “Pending”
- Most requests are auto-approved
- If stuck, it may need manual approval - ask Evan
Movie/show not found
- Try searching with the original title
- Check IMDb for the exact title
- Some very new content may not be available yet
